Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely outstanding experience with PLX Auto Glass. From the first call to the finished repair, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job on my vehicle. The glass looks perfect, the work area was left clean, and you can tell they take pride in doing the job right. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises. It’s hard to find a company that combines great workmanship with great customer service, but PLX Auto Glass delivered on both. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement in the Akron area!

Verified Bryan answered the phone on a Friday afternoon and said he'd repair my windshield after a rock it it earlier that day. He helped me into the early evening of Friday. He did a fantastic job and was extremely pleasant.

Most people wouldn't have answered that call. Certainly NOT Safelight. They can't even be bothered to schedule a pricey appointment. Their automated system hangs up on you and insists you schedule online. When you do it's 5x the amount quoted on the first screen.

All this to say, I'm a PLX Glass customer for life, and I'll recommend everyone I know to them.
